Leak Test Analysis Dashboard
An Excel-based analysis setup for summarising leak test results, tracking leakage rates, comparing equipment, identifying retests, and improving production follow-up.
Problem
Leak test results can be difficult to review when data is entered manually and spread across rows, batches, equipment, retests, and rejection categories.
Without clear summaries, it becomes harder to identify trends, compare equipment, understand rejection levels, and follow up on batches in a consistent way.
Solution
I built an analysis layout that calculates leakage rates, classifies results, summarises batch performance, and gives a clearer overview of test outcomes.
The dashboard helps make leak testing easier to follow by showing pass/fail trends, rejection percentages, retests, equipment differences, and key batch metrics.
